BLAST KAST 70  is a high alumina, pumpable castable designed for severe service applications.  This product is suited to applications requiring high mechanical strength and resistance to molten metal erosion.  

ALAKAST 70 LC - SiC  is a 70% alumina, low cement castable that has silicon carbide added for non-wetting by molten metal properties.  The high strength, low porosity properties give ALAKAST 70 LC - SiC  excellent erosion resistance. Excellent for the throat area of the ladle.
