RSR 908 is a large furnace, high production clay designed for high pressure furnaces.  Its high silicon nitride and silicon carbide content give it excellent resistance to slag and erosion.  RSR 908 contains synthetic additions to enhance its casting capabilities, and provide health and environmental advantages not usually associated with petroleum bonded clays.
