This product exhibits good slag resistance due to the blast furnace taphole material. This product exhibits good slag resistance due to the siliceous aggregate and carbon additions. It is very plastic and ideal for plugging tuyeres.
ALAPAK 75-SiCPDS   x x   x ALAPAK 75-SiC is a plastic/ramming material for general maintenance. A high performance product with excellent slag resistance.

VIBEPAK 60PDS   x   x x VIBEPAK 60 is a heat set product designed for applications requiring high strength and abrasion resistance. This product must be installed using mechanical vibration in order to achieve maximum density.
VIBEPAK 60-BFPDS   x   x x VIBEPAK 60-BF is a heat set product designed for applications requiring high strength and abrasion resistance. Mechanical vibration is recommended in order to achieve maximum density.
VIBEPAK 85PDS   x   x x VIBEPAK 80 is a heat set, dry vibratable refractory. The use of alumina grains with SiC additions gives this product excellent hot metal and slag resistance. This product must be installed using mechanical vibration in order to achieve maximum density.
VIBEPAK 90-HSPDS   x   x x VIBEPAK 90-HS is a heat set product designed for use against molten iron and steel. This product must be installed using mechanical vibration in order to achieve maximum density.
