- ALACRETE 2800 G is a medium strength, general purpose gunning castable designed for use to 2800 F. The aggregate sizing in Alacrete 2800 G provides for superior performance in a wide range of applications while exhibiting excellent gunning characteristics.
- ALAKAST 2800 G is a high strength, abrasion resistant, general purpose gunning castable designed for use in temperatures up to 2800 degrees Fahrenheit. The aggregate sizing in ALAKAST 2800 G provides for superior performance in a wide range of applications while exhibiting excellent gunning characteristics with minimal rebound.
- ALAKAST 55 G is a cement-free gunning castable with high spall resistance. This material can be cast or gunned into place. Typical applications are ash hoppers, reheat furnace doors, and ladle covers.
- ALAKAST 70 G is a refractory gun mix designed for use up to 3000 degrees Fahrenheit. The grain sizing in ALAKAST 70 G provides for superior performance in a wide range of applications while exhibiting excellent gunning characteristics with minimal rebound.
- ALAKAST BFG-25 is a high purity 2800 degrees Fahrenheit gunning refractory designed for repairing blast furnace stacks. This product has very good strength, abrasion resistance, and volume stability to withstand the conditions found in this region of the furnace.
- MELTZONA CLAY is a naturally occurring fireclay mineral that has been processed to yield a granular, free flowing powder suitable for gunning maintenance of metallurgical vessels. It is especially suited to ladle, iron transfer, and cupola applications.
